AI is right most of the time. We take care of the rest.

What AI leaves out

Even the most powerful chatbots drop about one fact in five when they sum up a conversation, and the summary reads as if nothing were missing. You never know which decision or task fell out. Our NoteApp puts the recording behind every line, so what’s in the minutes is what was said.

What AI makes up

When AI is wrong, it is wrong with full confidence: in our own tests, 75% of one model’s errors were stated as fact. So we never take its word. Every claim is traced to a page or a source, checked twice, and a person decides. That is how our report checking works.

AI minutes can drop a decision without a trace. Get every decision, task and owner, each with its proof.

Teams let a chatbot write the minutes, and a study of 28 models found that even the best one leaves out about one fact in five. Our NoteApp turns a recording into decisions, tasks with owners and deadlines, and open questions. Every line plays the seconds where it was said; an owner it can’t hear is marked “unclear”, never guessed; and you confirm who’s who before the minutes are final.

Somewhere in your report is a claim that won’t survive a hard question. Find it first.

Wrong sums are the easy part. Reports now cite studies that don’t exist, misquote real ones (one quotation in six) and claim results nobody can trace; in 2025 a Big Four firm refunded a government over AI-invented citations. We redo the sums, check that every source exists and says what you claim, trace each result to its evidence, and a 20-year reviewer signs off.
